Mike van Dyk has extensive experience in senior positions focusing on operational performance, project management, change management, business improvement, and human resources across various sectors in the UK and Australia.
Since joining Vision Australia in 2010, Mike has held several positions within People and Culture, supporting organisational change. Mike joined the Leadership Team in 2019 in a broader leadership position and is currently the Director Business Transformation.
Mike leads the Strategic Program office that focuses on the development and execution of Vision Australia’s strategy and the delivery of other significant projects to deliver transformation.
Mike is a supportive and empowering leader who encourages people to think outside the box to develop and implement the best solutions to problems or challenges.
With qualifications in Management (University of London) and Graduate Certificates in Applied Business and Organisational Coaching (Swinburne University), Mike has also recently completed his Master of Business Administration (Swinburne University).
