Review of the Client Consultative Framework now available

A review of the Vision Australia Client Consultative Framework is undertaken biennially, the most recent of which was conducted in 2009. A summary of this Review is now available online.

The Committee responsible for conducting the Review is appointed by the Client Representative Council (CRC). The 2009 Review Committee consisted of four members of the CRC, two Board members, the General Manager Policy & Advocacy and the CRC Secretariat Manager.

The Review covers all operational aspects of Service Specific Committees, Local Client Groups, Regional Client Commitees, and the Client Representative Council, and assesses the functionality and effectiveness of the model to carry out the roles of each level of group/committee.
