Training Courses
We offer a range of training and educational programs for people who are blind or have low vision, those who work with them and the general community.
Vision Australia offers a range of accredited and non-accredited training and education programs to benefit:
- people who are blind or have low vision and
- those who support, teach or work with people who are blind or have low vision.
Vision Australia is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Those courses that are accredited have an assessment component. Students who pass this assessment will achieve a nationally recognised statement of attainment or a full certification.

The programs available to people who are blind or have low vision are designed to open up pathways to employment and independent living.
Flexible learning options are often available, including group courses, self-paced courses, and distance learning.
