The Boronia Centre requires support for their Client Liaison/Administration Support Officer. The role would entail answering phones and transferring calls, data entry and recording, filing, scanning, serving customers in the Vision Australia store, processing sales and other tasks as required. The available days times are: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-2pm.
Skills and Attributes:
The volunteer would need an attention to detail, great customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a fantastic phone manner. The volunteer will also need good written skills and fluent English speaking.
Vision Australia induction training which includes greeting and guiding. Role specific training provided.
